Life is busy! Parenting keeps you even busier! As a parent, a day can revolve around meal preparation, chores, homework, driving to appointments and extracurricular activities, career responsibilities, co-parenting, ensuring everyone gets enough sleep, and hopefully finding time for themselves! If only there were a way to deal with all of this better!

Choose from Thursday evenings, Friday mornings, online or in-person!

During the 10-Week online series, we’ll be sharing about child development, neuroscience, and positive discipline, to trust the intuitive knowledge of the child. Ultimately, we want to support our parents so they may build a foundation that will strengthen healthy child attachment.

Participants will learn about child development and expectations and proven strategies for tantrums and chores and find support and friendships. Feel confident in your parenting skills and yourself!

“The online class I had with you was one the best courses I had had so far. Thank you for being a unique teacher who passed on knowing excellently and skillfully. Thank you for your wisdom and guidance.”

“Thank you again, for yet another wonderful session. It is incredibly helpful to hear from other parents (no matter the age of the child/ren) and to have the opportunity to express our frustrations, as well as our joys and victories, of parenting. In a world of Instagram highlight reels and Pinterest parenting, AHPP is a lovely way of reminding me that I do not have to be a perfect mom to be a good mom. I only wish that I would have had this parenting community sooner!”
